Find out what's leaking money in your growth.
Answer 3 quick questions. A strategist reviews your ads, website or store, tracking and follow-up, then walks you through what to fix first in a 30-minute call.
- Ads, tracking and funnel reviewed before the call
- A 1-page action plan you keep, hire us or not
- A real strategist, not a sales script
- Reply within 1 working day
What is actually in the audit.
Campaign structure, what the algorithm is actually optimising for, creative fatigue, and which audiences and placements are quietly eating the budget. We look at the account, not a screenshot.
Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and the data layer. Most accounts we open are under-reporting conversions, which means the platform has been optimising against bad data and every decision after that was built on it.
The journey from ad to checkout or enquiry: message match, page speed, mobile layout, form length, and the step where people leave. Traffic is rarely the problem on its own.
Response time, routing, whether anyone owns the follow-up, and what happens to the enquiries nobody called back. This is usually the cheapest thing on the list to fix.
Not every audit covers all four. We look at the parts relevant to what you are trying to fix, and we will tell you if one of them is fine rather than inventing a problem in it.
Three steps, about a week.
- 1You answer three questions
Enough for us to know what to look at and who should look at it. It takes about a minute, and we do not need account access to start.
- 2A strategist reviews it beforehand
The review happens before the call, not during it. You will be asked for read-only access to the accounts relevant to what you want fixed. That means the 30 minutes is spent on findings rather than on screen-sharing a dashboard.
- 3The call, and the plan
Thirty minutes on what is working, what is leaking and what we would fix in what order. You keep the 1-page plan whether you hire us or not, and it is specific enough for another agency or your own team to act on.
The audit: questions, answered.
Straight answers on budgets, contracts and timelines, so you know what to expect before the call.
Still have a question?
Message us on WhatsApp. A strategist, not a bot, replies within the hour.
Is the audit actually free, or is it a sales call?
It is free and you keep the plan. It is also, honestly, how we sell: if the findings are good you may want us to fix them. What we will not do is manufacture problems. If your setup is sound we will say so, and that call ends early.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to whatever is relevant: the ad accounts, GA4, the store or the CRM. No passwords, no admin rights, nothing that lets us change or spend anything. If you would rather not grant access before a call, we will work from screenshares instead.
What if my ad budget is small?
Then the audit is still worth having, but the answer may be that ads are the wrong first step. Below roughly $1,000 a month in spend, campaigns struggle to gather enough data to optimise, and tracking, a landing page or follow-up automation will do more for you. We will tell you that rather than take the retainer.
Who is on the call?
A strategist who works on accounts, not an account executive reading from a script. If your situation is mostly technical, whoever reviewed the tracking joins as well.
How long until I hear back?
Within one working day. Our team works UK and Gulf hours alongside Pakistan time, so wherever you are, the reply lands inside your working day rather than a week later.
What if I just want the plan and not an agency?
Then take the plan. It is yours, it names what to fix in what order, and plenty of people have used it with their own team. We would rather be the agency you come back to than the one that held a document hostage.
