Form, booking and phone-call tracking across website and booking platforms
Service businesses live on form submissions, bookings and calls, and most analytics setups miss all three. We set up event tracking for form starts and submissions, booking clicks, phone and email clicks across WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Calendly and Acuity, so every enquiry source is measurable.

The brief
For a service business the conversions that matter are enquiries: forms, booked appointments and phone calls. Out of the box, GA4 tracks none of them properly, and booking tools often sit in iframes that block tracking.
What we did
- Set up form_start and form_submit events, phone and email click events, and booking-click events in Google Tag Manager.
- Handled the platform quirks for WordPress, Squarespace and Wix sites, and for Calendly and Acuity embeds.
- Sent the same events to GA4 and the Meta Pixel so ad platforms could optimise for real enquiries.
Outcome
Every enquiry channel appears in GA4 with counts and conversion rates, and campaigns can be judged on booked appointments rather than page views.
